Will it fit my golf bag?
The ParPack attaches with X-shaped buckle straps that cross around the bag, and it is designed for push cart bags. If your bag is unusual — a very wide staff bag, for example — email us the model and we will confirm before you order.
Is it waterproof?
Water-resistant, not waterproof. The exterior is 900D water-resistant polyester, which handles dew, drizzle and a damp round. It is not designed to be submerged or left out in a downpour.
How does shipping work?

What is the returns policy?
Returns are handled through the store. The current terms are on the returns policy page — that page is the source of truth, not this summary.
Can I order for my club or tournament?
Yes — that is what the wholesale and custom route is for. Send quantity, date needed and shipping location, and we will scope it with you.
Where do I track my order?
Order confirmation and tracking come from the Shopify store. If a tracking link has not arrived, email us with the order number and we will look it up.
