At ParPack, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at golfwithparpack@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. If your cancellation request is received before your order ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return the item according to our 30-day Return Policy.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before your order ships, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
