Welcome to ParPack. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ParPack website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The ParPack online store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using the Services, customers agree to these Terms of Service and the ParPack Privacy Policy. If these Terms or the Privacy Policy are not accepted, the Services should not be accessed or used.
Section 1 — Access and Accounts
Customers must be at least the age of majority in the applicable state or jurisdiction to enter into purchases independently.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
ParPack reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted and fulfilled.
Customers should carefully review orders before completing checkout. Cancellation requests are subject to the ParPack Cancellation Policy.
Returns and refunds are subject to the ParPack Refund & Return Policy.

ParPack reserves the right to correct pricing, product, or promotional errors and, when appropriate, cancel affected orders.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
ParPack is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside ParPack's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Shipping costs and available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
Section 6 — Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by the applicable ParPack policies available on the website.
The ParPack Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

ParPack names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are protected trademarks or intellectual property of ParPack or their respective owners.

ParPack does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, privacy practices, security, products, or services.
Access to third-party websites or services is at the customer's own risk. Third-party terms and privacy policies should be reviewed before use.
Section 9 — Shopify
The ParPack online store is powered by Shopify.
Purchases made through the ParPack store are transactions between the customer and ParPack. Shopify provides the technology used to operate the online store but is not responsible for the products sold by ParPack or the fulfillment of purchases made through the ParPack store.
Section 10 — Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with the ParPack Privacy Policy.
The ParPack Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed.
Section 11 — Customer Reviews and Feedback

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Section 16 — Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParPack and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Infringement of another person's rights
- Misuse of the Services
Section 17 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the ParPack Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, and any other policies referenced on the website, constitute the entire agreement governing use of the Services.

Customers may not transfer or assign rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from ParPack.
ParPack may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a business transaction, reorganization, sale, or other lawful business purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the applicable courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
